Maramani LLC is an international business incorporated in the United States. We have a diversified team working remotely from different parts of the world, mostly based in Africa.
When you reach out to us through any communication platform, all inquiries will be attended to by our dedicated customer support team which is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm GMT +3.
We work overtime on some occasions to satisfy our clients so do not hesitate to reach out as we will always respond when available.
You can only get access to a full set of drawings after purchasing a particular house plan. However, ALL floor plans are accessible to premium members of our website.
A premium account also provides users access to the construction cost estimates for all house plans listed on the website. We recommend all our clients get a premium account first before purchasing house plans.
This will allow you to view each layout better and compare the plans when choosing one that suits your needs. Knowing construction cost estimates is important as it ensures you can afford to build the house of your dreams.

Our team is constantly working hard to create more images for existing and upcoming house plans. If you find a plan that you really like and one that requires more images, do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will advise on any extra fees needed to create extra images for your selected design.
Underneath the pictures and description of our house plans, you will find a detailed list of drawings that will be sent via email once payment is completed for a particular plan.
If you are not sure where to find the list of drawings, please contact our customer support team to ask for the drawings list of a specific house plan. You will need the ID number of the house plan to be assisted quickly.
We also recommend that you seek advice from your builder, contractor, and local building authority to clear any doubts about what drawings are needed for the construction of your home.
PDF and DWG are formats in which house plans from Maramani are drawn. PDF is a standard format for many types of documents such as the drawings of house plans that can be printed without any loss in quality. They can be viewed on any smartphone or computer but cannot be edited.
DWG is a standard format used by computer design software such as AutoCAD. These files can be edited easily by someone who knows how to use such software.
When purchasing house plans, we provide both PDF and DWG files for your convenience.
At Maramani we ONLY specialize in designing and selling house plans in the form of construction drawings. We do NOT undertake any construction work, and we do not do any site visits or supervise construction projects.
Every region has different submission requirements that vary significantly. Our house plans offer detailed information that is enough for a contractor or a construction company to build based on the drawings.
Before applying for building permits, we advise you to contact your local authorities to verify what is needed for submission. We are happy to provide any additional drawings at an additional fee.
All of our house plans have detailed descriptions of the dimensions of the building right below the pictures of the house plans. If you are still unsure whether the house plan can fit your plot, get in touch with our customer support team and ask for their guidance. Remember to provide the ID number of the house plan you want as well as the exact dimensions of your plot.
Structural drawings are those drawings that show steel reinforcements and other boring stuff that the builder/contractor has to consider when building your house.
Not all house plans have these drawings but not all house plans need these drawings either. If the house plan you like needs but does not have structural drawings you can order them from us at an additional fee.

Only some of our house plans come with bills of quantities (BOQs), which is the list of all the materials needed to be able to construct the house. In the 'Drawings List' for each house plan, you will be able to see what you get when you purchase the house plan and whether BOQs are included or not.
If you are not sure where to find the drawings list, please get in touch with our customer support team here and ask if the specific house plan you are interested in comes with BOQs or not.
Remember that they will need the ID number of the house plan to assist you quickly.
If the house plan you like does not have BOQs you can order them from us at an additional fee.

We can make changes to any of our house plans based on your needs. The additional cost for such changes will depend on the complexity of the changes and whether we have to fully engage several people to work on your changes.
Please get in touch with our customer support team here if you need changes made to a house plan. If you let them know the ID number of the house plan you are interested in and list down the changes you need then they will quickly be able to calculate a quote for you.
We also offer the service of making custom-designed house plans based on your exact needs and requirements. Each project comes with unique requirements and our rates are therefore very flexible depending on the complexity of the project.

This is because it takes much longer to make a custom design as it will be made from scratch to your exact specifications, and it involves many people such as architects, draftsmen, engineers, and 3D visual artists.
Thus, the prices of ready-made house plans and custom-designed house plans cannot be compared. But keep in mind that as the construction costs are quite high it is always advisable to design a plan that suits your exact needs and you will end up saving more this way.
There are a lot of factors that affect the total construction cost of a building. Site location, availability of materials are just a few and in this segment. Since we serve clients from many different countries and all payments go through international payment gateways all our prices are shown in USD only.
If you need to know what a specific plan will cost in your local currency then we recommend that you contact your bank for the exact exchange rate they use. If you just need a rough figure then you can also always try to Google the rate.

It normally takes from 10 minutes to a maximum of 12 hours to have your order delivered to your email. We may ask you to provide extra information if required by our Payment Gateways to provide you with your drawings.
Modifications to designs & custom designs
Before working on your custom design or modifying your plan of choice from maramani.com, we will tell you the expected time to complete work on your project, list all the drawings that we will deliver, and finally our payment terms.
We fully understand your concerns about dealing with an online company. To give you some assurance you can review our Trustpilot page and social media pages. A fraudulent company would also not exist as long as we have.
Alternatively, we are happy to deal through an escrow service of your choice (a third party that holds payments until the service is delivered). Note however that the additional costs will be on the client.
