By using the Maramani website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more, that any registration information that you submit to Maramani is true, accurate and complete, and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the Maramani Privacy Policy.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Maramani website (the “Site”), including any content, information, products and/or services (the “Services”) therein. This is a legal agreement between you and Maramani (“Company”). Company reserves the sole right at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and Services, or modify the Terms of Service without notice. All modified terms and/or conditions will be in effect after they are posted on the Site (unless applicable law requires a longer notice period). By continuing to use or access the Site and/or Services after Company makes any such modification, you agree to be legally bound by the revised Terms of Service. You may not alter the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service without Company’s express written consent.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY COMPANY THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OFFERED BY COMPANY.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All home plans sold by Maramani are protected by International Copyright Law. Reproduction of these home plans, either in whole or in part, including any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative works thereof, for any reason without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to statutory damages plus attorney fees and loss of profits. All parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, builders, realtors, copy shops and blue-printers may be responsible if a copyright is violated. It does not matter if they knew what they were doing was a violation or not.

Maramani LLC retains the right to publish, sell, resell, advertise or use in any way any design, custom design, drawing, detail, image, calculation, sketch, or any other material that is produced by Maramani LLC. The above remains to be the explicit property of Maramani LLC at all times unless agreed otherwise in writing between Maramani LLC and the client.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Maramani LLC will create new custom plans based on your exact needs in case you cannot find a plan that fits your requirements. You will receive regular updates of plans and elevations to give you an exact picture of how the plans will function and how the building will look like. Changes can be requested up to 4 times during the sketch stage of designing the plans. Any further changes after this or after final approval of sketch design by client will be charged an additional hourly fees of USD 40 per hour.

Please note that the copyright terms (under the heading COPYRIGHT NOTICE) also apply to custom designed plans. Please contact us if you would like to have exclusive rights of the design and plans at an additional cost.

PRIVACY POLICY

Maramani values its customers and respects their privacy.

We collect customer information in order to deliver our products to you and also in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. Maramani recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small data file that Web sites often store on your computer's hard drive when you visit their sites. A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that is used to track the pages of the sites you have visited. We use cookies but do not store personally confidential information in your cookie.

Instead, we use cookies in order to improve your shopping experience. When you visit www.maramani.com your cookie helps us keep track of your order as you shop at our site. Your cookie allows us to recognize you when you return to our site and provides you with access to your account information. When you order from us, we also use cookies to monitor and maintain information about your use of our site. If you have not ordered from us, we may still monitor and maintain information about your use of our Web site in a manner that does not identify you. In either case, this information helps us serve you better by improving our site design, as well as our services.

You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you turn off cookies, we may not be able to recognize you as a customer and therefore you may have to re-enter information that we would otherwise keep handy for you such as your billing address and the contents of your shopping cart.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the extensive plan inventory and diverse price options available on maramani.com, we may occasionally find data entry errors in the pricing of our plans. Maramani reserves the right to correct such errors as they are discovered. No order and pricing shall be final until confirmed by Maramani.

MARAMANI REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:

A download link or attachment will be sent after the payment is reviewed and cleared by our payment gateway and sales team. No refunds are possible after the drawings have been downloaded and the download is reflected in our system. An exchange is possible before a download link or attachment is sent to you - this only applies to similarly priced plans. Premium Account Membership is not refundable. Advance payments for custom designs are not refundlable once first sketch has already been initiated.

PHOTOGRAPHS, PERSPECTIVES AND ELEVATION VIEWS:

All Home Plans have at least 1 photograph, perspective or elevation view to help you visualize the Homes - these are only to be used as general guides to what the Home may look like when built.

Please be advised that photographs, perspectives and elevation views may not represent the final construction sets accurately due to changes made during construction or the rendering process. Also note that all details shown on pictures, perspectives and elevations are not necessarily part of the final drawings package that you purchase as some are only used for decorative and illustrative purposes.

DO NOT USE PLANS TO BUILD MORE THAN ONE HOUSE

The original purchaser of a home plan is licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the plans without permission is an infringement of the home designer's copyright. The drawings you receive in your email or as printed copies can only be used to build one home, if you need to build more than one home using the same plans you will need to purchase one set for each of the extra homes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DRAWING SET?

As we have a large collection of drawings from many different designers, architects and engineers there is bound to be differences in what type of drawings are included in each drawing set. However, we do our best to list all the available drawings for each Home Plan so that you are well informed of the contents before you purchase any drawing set. If you have any doubts or questions in regards to what is included in the drawing set you wish to purchase please contact Maramani.

Please do not purchase any drawings from Maramani unless you are absolutely sure of the content of the drawing set you are about to purchase. Besides the listed drawings on the product page, Maramani will provide you with a full list of drawings upon your request. Please contact your builder / contractor as well as the local building authority in case you have doubts about which drawings are required for construction of your home.

We do however have a minimum requirement for each drawing set on sale through our website which is as follows:

1. Floor Plan(s) - Fully detailed and dimensioned floor plans for each level
2. Cross Section(s) - Whole house and / or partial cross-section(s)
3. Elevations for each side of the building
4. We also include all perspective drawings and other web images where possible

Note that no site plans are included for any of the Home Plans. If you need a site plan you can contact us directly so with your block plan / topographical survey or site dimensions (Including diagonal measurements will also be helpful) and we can create this for a small fee. This will also help you visualize on how the plan will look on your plot.
