my first purchase went smoothly and the support was amazing, I made a second purchase and then the team just went quiet to all my requests both on whatsap and email.
It is annoying where the project comes to a stop just because none is replying to a request.
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a house plan and received nothing but silence afterwards. Days went by with no delivery, no communication, and no accountability. I had to keep chasing them just to get a response—and still no plan.
Honestly, the 1-star reviews were spot on. I ignored them thinking it wouldn’t happen to me, but here I am dealing with the exact same mess. Feels like a complete waste of money and time.
