Do you have plans for all size houses?
Yes, we cover many different types of property from small, single-floor, one-bedroom houses to multi-story mansions and apartment buildings.
Why are your house plans so cheap?
All designs available have already been designed for clients based on their specific requirements. By the time you download a plan, it has already paid for itself. This means we can offer you the plans at unbeatable prices.
In what formats are the plans provided?
Our plans can be downloaded in PDF, which means they can be viewed on any computer or smart phone - but not edited. They are also available in DWG, which can be edited using a design software program such as Autocad.
Do all plans include structural drawings?
Structural drawings include specifications for steel reinforcements, concrete mixtures, etc. Not all designs have these drawings - but they are not always required. If needed, they can be ordered and will generally be ready within 5-7 working days.
