I contracted this people to design a bespoke plan for my house gave them advance payment and paid as had been agreed but they refused me to have ownership of the plan yet the ideas were mine gave the topo of my land on which that specific plan was developed. And then they lie and potray their company as American based yet they based in TZ. Because they wanted to own the bespoke design of which was based on 100% my ideas and on my plot of land …they took my money for nothing !! So deal with them on your own risk !!

Regarding the bespoke design, while we value the input and ideas provided by our clients, the copyright for the architectural plans developed by Maramani remains with us as per industry standards. However, we do offer the option for clients to acquire full copyright for an additional fee, as explained in our previous email exchanges. Please contact us directly, and we would be happy to discuss this further and work towards a resolution.
Concerning our location, Maramani is indeed a registered company in the United States, but we operate globally with a team based in several countries, including Tanzania. This international presence allows us to serve clients from different regions effectively.

The plan is not customised. It doesn't have a client's name so it is difficult to submit it for county approval.

I live along the coast in Tanzania. The climate is tropical hot weather. I would like house designs for single storeyed houses to have adequate ventilation. More than one window in bedrooms and sitting rooms. Not the kind I see now.
